- Led team of international businessmen in organizing a bank holding company in the Caribbean.
- Advised United Community Bank of Blairsville, Georgia, in the integration of their banking systems software across Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee. This involved close analysis of each state's banking laws so that standardized forms could be customized for use in each state.
- Represented Fidelity Bank in the receiverships of Cash 4 Title and Chemical Alliance entities and individuals. This involved approximately 400 investors and the SEC receiver.
