Indiana-American Water Company built its $57 million, 25 million gpd pipeline, water supply and treatment facilities project in Floyd and Clark counties, Ind. (The project's Jeffersonville, Ind., treatment and headquarters facility is shown here.) The engineers for the project were HNTB and Burgess & Niple, Engineers, and the contractors were Bowen Engineering and Reynolds, Inc.

Stites & Harbison's attorneys managed the legal aspects of the project, assembling over 200 easement parcels and 100 acres of fee properties and coordinating a team of appraisers, engineers and other professionals. Jim Williamson headed the firm's legal team for this project.
