Stites & Harbison's real estate lawyers have counseled Louisville's housing authority and others involved in the city's Park DuValle Revitalization. This $180 million, complete re-building of an older, urban neighborhood has drawn national headlines for its innovative financing and Neo-Traditional design in creating a new, mixed-income neighborhood.
