Our goal is to attract outstanding and seasoned talent of all experience levels. Laterals have joined us from prestigious firms in a variety of cities including Chicago, Washington, D.C., and New York City. In 2004, the firm hired 12 experienced attorneys. We expect this hiring trend to continue.Experienced attorneys are generally considered for membership as members after seven years of practice and two years with the firm. Credit is typically given for past experience, varying with the nature of the experience.
